If you want to have a positive attitude your can start by working on your self-esteem. You must be self-assured, confident. Focus on the positive aspects of yourself: What are your unique strengths, what have you accomplished, how are you different and better than other people?
Every day there is some kind of a problem that has to be thought out and solved but when you have the right attitude you can overcome your problems with less work and make healthy decisions even through very difficult times. A positive attitude will give you the energy and faith you need to solve your problems and get over it as quickly as possible.
Try to be confident in knowing that change can only help you grow, which eventually also helps you boost your self-confidence.
Remember there are no negative aspects in adopting a positive attitude!
If you find yourself feeling sad or angry, you have to try to change the way you feel as soon as you can. Set aside a couple of minutes every day to think about all the good things that you already have in your life, be grateful. This will generate good feelings for you that will last throughout the day.
Engage in activities that give you a positive stimuli and help you have a positive attitude, like playing with children, learning to play a musical instrument, watching funny videos or movies, reading comics or spending a nice time with friends.
Motivational audios, empowering books or uplifting music also help a great deal.
Extra final tip: Limit your exposure to negative people. Most people don’t realize how draining negative people actually are. If your family members or friends are dragging you down or holding you back, you have to make a choice. The choice may include removing these people from your life to the extent you can. Yes, even if they are family members because they have the most effect on you. (I myself had to do this, so I know it can be done, it’s needed for your growth and it’s worth doing it. I personally prefer sincere and positive people that support me and make me feel good. Trust me when I say you can live productively without family and friends if need be, but one thing you don’t want is someone holding you back…But it is your call, you decide if you want to pay that price.)

We all worry, that’s normal, but if you worry too much, to the extend it interrupts your life you may suffer from what’s called Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).

As you can imagine, I watch many motivational videos every week to pick only those I like best so I can share them with you here…
Lately I’ve been selecting and posting some nice content about setting goals and achieving dreams…
Can you guess what happened?
I watched so many videos on the topic I got myself more than inspired!
In fact I got so inspired I started writing my own list of tips on how to set goals and achieve success! And let me tell you I’m so happy to finally be doing this, I’ve read so much in my life about it and all the other related topics that I really want to share this knowledge, plus I have my own experience…I’ve been using these techniques since I was a teenager and they’ve worked for me, and you know it’s not easy to get what you want in life, but then again it’s not impossible either!
What we need is to know how to do it!
As I was writing I felt myself completely immerse in the task and I want to share the result with you soon, it really has no point if I just leave it sit on my computer and no one benefits from it, so if you’re needing some help on setting your own goals stay tuned for my tips on how to set your own!
